Disappointing from a new hotel

Room was not cleaned from last visitor when we arrived. When it was fixed, soap and towels were missing, food still left in fridge and mini bar not replenished. Bathroom smelled like a sewer, which made the whole room stink. This was fixed with chemicals, but problem returned. It was raining at the time, but the problem was there when we arrived, long before the rain started. Very hard to communicate with staff which had very poor English skills. Pool area and breakfast was good.
