Terrible Terrible Hotel (do not deserve the 8 points)

They are so rigid with the check-in time. Even rejecting you was so unfriendly. (A lady on duty at the reception wearing silver top) Santhi this guy who checked us in was much friendly. Swimming pool at the roof top was under renovation. So disappointed of them not declaring on the website. In addition, i emailed and asked for if there is connecting room. the reply was a simple yes. of course i took it that they will offer the connecting room. before i booked i saw under more details under agoda it did say connecting room. i also indicated under special request that i wanted connecting room. when i reached, the guy told me this "if connecting room, the booking platform will indicate connecting room" how would i know. i did what i can. i wrote on the special request, i emailed but i was not told that there is special term to the booking. in the end i had to only take the 2 rooms i booked side by side. they in fact gave me my 2 rooms at different levels. how wonderful right?
