if you're a savvy traveler

If you are savvy traveler, and looking for basic accommodation, BGR is the best a budget place to stay based on my 12yrs of experience comparing to other places in patong. BGR is located in center, away from the crowded area (in a quitter location), and close to all major roads to Karon, katha, kamala, Surin, and paradise beach. The rooms and and the beds are clean(basic),rooms can be kept comfortable to your needs with air condition depend what kind of room you reserve, has ample parking space for a motor bikes as well a car. BGR offers a basic place by the reception to start your morning, or wind up your day to sit and relax. You can read, surf the web, and dine inexpensive breakfast and drinks. There is a swimming pool to lay back and enjoy the sun (right now under maintenance). BGR staffs are friendly and helpful (but don’t expect too much), they are available 24hrs; there is a security guard in site for protection.

You deserve for what you paid for

awful, never gonna back

Overall Good
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall it's a good hotel, location is very good, close to the food, local shopping, and near to Patong walking street.
