Clean hostel in good location run by lovely family

Pros - location, close to great food and shops in Phuket town - A/C works almost too well - the family who runs the place is so sweet and helpful - room was clean and big - shower was hot - free hot and cold water for coffee and tea

Totally unprofessional, or just another scam
