Overall not good

Location actually not like they say 300m to phayathai station, the hotel located inside the street, far from main road, we need to take tuk tuk to main road, and thy hv provide free tuk tuk service to main road, even pratunam area, but the driver of the tuk tuk (slim body driver) his attitude NOT GOOD, he drive the tuk tuk un-safety, but the mid night one driver is really good, he fetch us anywhere we want, even 7/11, or massage near hotel.. for the hotel receptionist, I think they should need to improve their English as tourist only able to communicate by English, but thy look like not understand.. and we ask info abt which way to go, thy also doesn’t knw. The room have a lot of mosquito, we special request DONT WANT HOUSEKEEPING to reception counter, the guy already say ok but end up when we back to hotel the room has been enter by the cleaner.. this really not respect us even we already special request.

Delay check in and shower handle issue
It's twice have booked and when I get to the counter, it takes longer to confirm the booking and it's annoying. The staff or management needs to improve this aspect. Also hard to shower for kids with ... อ่านต่อ

facilities are not environmental-friendly
Towels lose so much hairs, all cups are made of plastic which is not healthy if you drink hot water. Location is OK, close to the MRT. Check-in time is actually 14:00, not 12:00 as Agoda's information... อ่านต่อ

Perfect
