Disabled Friendly Room

Disable friendly room was not available for the first night, so i could not take a shower. Second day; the room was provided but without any shower seat and while taking the shower water was spreading everywhere in the bathroom and there was no proper drainage. I was afraid to enter into the bathroom after this episode and avoided taking a shower later on. Had a Tough time!!!

Smelly toilet when checked in

This is a 4star graded hotel and I’m deeply disappointed to it. The hotel is super humid and apparently the floor it’s all wet with the aircond is on. And such a big hotel they can’t even borrow an um... อ่านต่อ

Reception tried to take our 2000 baht deposit ,,,

Worth the stay
