Clean and new , but there are better ones with the price

Pros: clean, new, big pool, friendly staff. Nice gym and a playroom for kids! Staff are really nice, went in very late for breakfast and they were accommodating.
Cons: no variety in breakfast, spa closes early ( close before 5pm), thin ceiling - you can hear people thumping and dragging furniture. They charge 50 baht for ice and their coffee is terrible. Not a full service hotel like you expect.
Please remember to bring your own toothbrush or buy from 7/11.
