Nice stay for a few nights

Our stay was very comfortable at Thapae Loft. I do admit we stayed here because over a festival weekend most other hotels in Chiang Mai Old Town were fully booked. The Loft style decor and architecture does not comply with my taste, but that is very personal. That set aside, all staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. The staff at breakfast were really lovely, as opposed to the staff we met one night for dinner. The pool was on the smaller and chillier side, but still pleasant enough after a hot Thai day. We had a standard room, which was definitely too small for us.
