Karon Beach R & R

The only dissatisfaction was the power cut and water supply disruptions. This proven the hotel didn’t have sufficient generator to cater for power disruptions as room didn’t have any emergency lights. Water supply even though a notice given but the hotel do not expect the guest do not go to toilet or used toilets for the next 5-6 hours. This is not acceptable as your schedule maintenance need to be review on how to manage or schedule it as guest didn’t have any option and the hotel will not expect all the toilets couldn’t be flush and smelly for the night! This need to be review seriously.
