Great stay with exceptionally efficient staff

We had a really awesome stay with Novotel, all the way from the start of our stay to the end, we were in awe at Novotel's hospitality. Staff were efficient, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The Novotel property is gorgeous. It has 3 pools and ample space to relax around the pool area. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. Poolside cafe also had good food. Highly recommended for those coming to Karon beach!

Karon Beach R & R

Nice hotel for families with young children
