Good hotel in Old City

Good location in Old City, surrounded by spa options, across from a major temple, and very near the South Gate Market. Has both a lift and a more easily accessible open and very wide staircase. Staff was polite but not warm. Breakfast was good, with western and Thai options on the limited menu, but the changing self-service options were our favorite each morning. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom could be updated a bit but rain shower was great. Thai TV channels only. Gym is located on the roof across the street and isn’t much more than a couple of cardio machines outside. Would stay again, but imagine this hotel is comparable to many of the other options in the area.

Not as good as I expected

Friendly staff, close to shopping, and temples.
