Incredibly thoughtful staff

The staff at Prana were so incredibly thoughtful and very attentive. My wife and I stayed here for my birthday. When we arrived she sneakily let the staff know and they made more of an effort then ever expected. They decorated the room/ bed upon our arrival then surprised me in the evening with a cake delivery and staff singing happy birthday. They really made the experience very special. Thank you to the amazing staff at Prana who made this birthday one to remember.
