overpriced room

Even tough we had booked the room in advance and had informed the hotel about our arrival time (13:00), our room was not ready when we got there. After 5 minutes we were given the keys of a room that had barely been swept. Bed linen were smelly and full of sand, we had only one towel and there was no toilet paper. Service was just as poor. When we tried to have the room cleaned, the receptionist - who was constantly watching videos on YouTuble - took a note of our room number and request, but nobody showed up to make our room. It's a pity, because the facility is nice (thumbs up for the swimming pool), but considering service level the room is definitely overpriced.

ps. it's called Gypsy Sea View resort, but there's no "sea view" at all.

Great location operations still need work as well as rooms

Good but not excellent

Good hotel
