Hotel unclean , staff no guest oriented

1- Too many cats after you even when you eating at the hotel restaurant and servers dont even care and just make fun of it
2- The hot water in bathroom didn't work
3- Bathroom toilet and tile walls with mold
4- Bathroom didn't have electric outlets
5- Room front door handle stock the entry key all the time and so hard to remove key
6 - Swimming pool water and tile unclean
7 - Restaurant hot beverage been cold all the time
8- Restaurant orange juice isn't orange juice , it's like artificial juice powder
