Don’t stay here

Air-conditioning not working properly! Couldn’t take shower as the water pressure was non-existent!!! I had to take shower at poolside. No sun Umbrellas around poolside. Don’t even bother with breakfast, cold coffee, choice of egg, limp salad and that was it! The floor was more comfortable then the bed. No cotton bedding, Just a dirty old brown kind of quilt. I’ve no idea how they wash them. Overall a load of rubbish! DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE. we even checked out a day early as we was so disappointed! I asked for a refund for the last days money and the receptionist was rude, I asked to speak to the manager she was reluctant to put me through, when I did finally speak to him he told me to take it up with Agona.

Hotel unclean , staff no guest oriented
