The name of this hotel should be 'disappointment'

During our last trip to Thailand we have visited 5 different resorts and accordingly 5 different hotels including that one. This hotel was the most expensive from them (don't know why, but now it costs much cheaper on Agoda) and in the same time the worst of them. Poorly staffed and not very clean rooms with old furniture. Almost none of the things that should be in the hotel with such prices was there. Even no tea in the room or soap in the bathroom. Extremely poor breakfast: eggs, cornflakes and some unappetizing mass - that was all the choice we had. Lazy careless staff which doesn't want to work. For example they took old toilet paper while cleaning and did not put a new one. When we went for a walk we asked receptionist to bring and put it in our room. After one-two hours we returned and found that no one thought to fulfill our request. Don't stay in this hotel, you will be dissapointed.

Hotel unclean , staff no guest oriented
