Elegance and Quality

The hotel is excellent and the finest quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only thing negative would be the elevator where you have to use your key card to press the floor your room is on. You need to do this anywhere from 3 to 8 times to get it to work. Better if they remove this completely.
