It's our 4th time staying here. We will continue to stay here when we come to Bangkok only for 3 things. 1) the price 2) breakfast and 3) Japanese TV. thats all.
The down side is, none of the staffs are friendly (except for the security guards and doorman). The receptionists do the job but not willing to do more than what is expected to make the guests feel welcome or more comfortable. They never bend the rules to attend to each guest's needs. None of them smile. None of them ever say "thank you".
Moreover, on our 3rd day, I left the "please clean the room" sign around 12am. I saw the maid cleaning the room next to mine so assumed she would realise. mine needed cleaning too. I came back at 9PM. It wasnt cleaned.
I would still recommed this hotel still but not for demanding guests that need extra attention .
