I did not like it. Price/service ratio is high.

I started wrong upon arrival. I had already paid my staying but by mistake the guy at the reception desk charged again to my credit card the cost of the 4 days. I thought he asked for my credit card to make a guarantee deposit as usual not to make a double payment. They told me they will reimburse the money but the fact is that I have to afford a financial pressure , they have no well trained people at the reception desk and like in all Thailand communication in English is troublesome. Facilities poor. No hot water in the shower. Breakfast poor. Bedroom average. Beach the only positive item.
