Nothing special, poor resort for Spg Sheraton

Old poor renovated resort with expensive rooms, loudy air conditioners, no moscito s net in room, no responsuve staff, with avarge brakfast, poor selection of fruit(no mango, it is too expensive staff said to me)....
Wi fi only in restaurants, any where else very poor wi fi. I complain, exept smiling in my face, no response in 6 days.
Very, very poor for This price and Sheraton, but very profitable fir owners...

Nice beach, short of F&B

Good but not as good as they think.
Good hotel but definitely not a five star. Lovely rooms, friendly staff but way overpriced. Not a user friendly layout and the lower pool is very poorly designed as are all the abrasive pathways which... อ่านต่อ

Should be better
Staff not cooperative with check in and check out time .. I was forced to wait till 3pm for a room during check in and then forced to check out at 12pm with the reason new guest awaiting . What about ... อ่านต่อ
