Value for money

If you prefer a location that is a bit more quiet but not too far from all the action then 3 Laan House will be perfect for you. It is a little off from the sunday night bazaar but still reachable by foot. There is a cafe next door and others along the same street + convenience stores. Massage outlets and the market are within walking distance too. The view from our room isn't that great but it didn't matter to us as we were out all the time. Basic amenities are provided including a hair dryer (this is a plus point for me).

Excellent service and clean

Small, cozy and good location
It's one of the best places I ever visited chiang mai. I feel like staying home n have a great sleep every night.

Clean room & friendly staff
The room is clean. The gentleman at front desk is very helpful & also with smile on his face. He can even speak Malay. The breakfast is good.
