Staff attitude is not good

There is NO bathrobes and room slippers provided. The place is 10 mins away from the bts. No tuk tuk service provided. The attitude of the female staff at the counter is not good. I requested for a late check out and she was unhappy and argued that 12.30pm is 'already very late'. After check out, I would like to leave my luggages at the place and will go back to collect before I leave for the airport. The lady doesn't sound please again.
I will not go back to this place. We as travellers would like to have a pleasant stay and she totally spoil the mood.
