The hotel is probably one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, cute touches and excellent decor
The staff and service you receive is pot luck. The manager Aor was outstanding so was the bar tender Beer. The Chef was outstanding
However our dissapointment was with house helping, reception and room service.
Furthermore you get a butler for high end rooms, which we booked and saw our butler for 2 min before she disappeared and didn’t book or sort out anything we asked. Later we found out that she left the hotel without telling anyone and we were not informed
Room service awful, the food we ordered never arrived and after a few calls some showed up. NOT ALL
Reception staff were probably the worst I have ever experienced in a five star hotel.
1. There was a mix up in our room. And the support was minimal in sorting it out. Mind you it was Agoda’s fault but you expect a five star hotel to help dive the problem
