自転車がない。
予約確認書にはレンタル自転車ありと明記されているのに、一台もなかった。ホテルが不便な場所にあるので、動きがとれなかった。ないとわかっていたら、このホテルを予約することはなかった。agodaに対して不信感がわいた。
