Perfect Stay
Room is spacious and clean. Excellent service. Take 8-10mins mins by motorbike or taxi to Chaweng beach. Breakfast is average.

Drastically needs renovation
Air conditioning is so old and is not able to keep the room cool, extremely uncomfortable! Same with the ancient unwatchable TV! The shower area is always wet so attracts too many mosquitoes.
