Unacceptable

Biggest complaints: intermittent running water, power, and AC (wasn’t working about 80% of the time- no showers, stuffy hot bungalow, no internet 2 nights of 3). No turn down service, towels, or complimentary water one of the days so we had to walk down and back up the stairs to buy water.
The proximity to the beach makes for a gorgeous view, but you’re a third mile of walking and 110 (steep, crooked, and uneven) steps up if you stay in the garden view bungalow we were in. We could have stayed in Patong proper, taken a water taxi 15 min every morning, and paid less to get be able to charge cell phones, use cpaps, & shower after a sandy day at the beach.
The breakfast was limited in options but not terrible for quality. We were sometimes given a fruit tray as well.
The staff was polite and tried to help (offering to let us shower in another room for example), but hard to find even during daytime hours sometimes.
The room had ants and cockroaches too.

Great view, but very low-key hotel
