Good location

The hotel was within walking distance to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. The room had a separate kitchen with stove, but no pots? Room and bathroom was clean. One female receptionist was not friendly and helpful. Nice pool on the rooftop and the hotel offers a free shuttle ride to the end of the road. I booked the floating market tour with the hotel and was told the price is inclusive of all activities only to find out at the market that we had to pay extra. We refused to pay and the tour guide was insisting that we pay. The tour guide insisted on upselling us by stating that the seating space in the boat is small and we have to pay extra for comfort. Why not include this in the price of the tour? I feel the hotel concierge that booked the tour was not honest and the tour operator is out to make extra money. Hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Terrible terrible terrible

Nice hotel , convenient and helpful staffs

Convenient and basic hotel
