Nice location for a family with young kids

Good: Location / Cleanness / Reception staff Not Good: some staff attitude in the restaurant Bad: please don't allow Chinese people not to gob in the swimming pool Bad2: Reservation info via Agoda was not correctly informed to the hotel reception.
