great location, nice rooms, kind staff

this is a nice place no question- good rooms - best location in pai- on the river and really 30 seconds to the heart of the town maybe one minute- the rooms are nice- food good- staff is sweet, if a bit slow. the only two neg. when i checked in they did not have my booking and would not give my room even though i showed the agoda booking code on my phone- a bit annoying after a 3 hour motorbike ride and not hospitable- also the new owner has made a lovely resturant by the river but before the old owner gave larger and more choices for breakfast this one has tightened the belt- but it was still good quality food and i would still recommend this place - i would come again
