Terrible experience. Unfriendly and rude staffs
Only the location and the look from outside is great. Apart from that, rest everything is terrible. Staffs were very rude and unfriendly. Our room was not ready but the way receptionist handled us was worse. She gave us a key to room which when we went was dirty and the housekeeping was just entering the room to our clean. And when I rushed back, the staff didn't bother to even apologise, just waved at me and gave me another key in 10 mins. And that room had smell of urine and the bathroom sink was broken. Water on bathroom floor. When I called to reception, the lady just disconnected the call saying contact reception. When I went there, a guy followed me to check the sink. And to my surprise he said he will be back. And he did comeback to fix the sink the next day before we checked out. When I asked the reception to speak with a manager or incharge they told me that all managers were off that day. Being myself an hotelier, this was one of my worst experience.
