Outdated and stale. Misleading Agoda profile.

Looks good in photos but I’m learning that Agoda profiles can be misleading, as can the feedback. We checkout our after one night and let them keep the money for the further nights as it was not great at all. Smelly room. Safe broken in every room we tried. Staff said they would fix but they did not do so. Doors and windows not secure. Needs modernising and decorating. Gaps around door and windows allow mosquitoes to visit you. Ned very hard and uncomfortable. Plus you points - large rooms. Staff are friendly (although communication is difficult as I do not speak Thai and they do not speak speak English). Location is fine but not fantastic. We found a much better location a mile up the roast at Kai Bae (where this hotel states it is located but clearly is not). We moved hotel and stayed one mile forget on due to a far better vibe, range or restaurants and bars. Budget hotel which is procbably great for those trying to save money.

It was okay
