Hotel does not compare with other properties close

The hotel is nicely located right on a nice beach. Some rooms face the ocean for view. The room is adequate however I experienced a flood in the room when it rained. I also noticed most of the rest of the hotel was also flooded. They said there was a bad storm, which there was, however there are often rain storms on the ocean. Accordingly the room presents itself as very poor quality since it is not maintained by owners or staff. It was also clear and observing the furniture condition in the room that the water present is a very common situation judging by the water damaged furniture. I asked to pay the nights I stayed in full however be refunded the nights I did not stay. The hotel told the booking agency that was not possible, in fact they also lied to say I did not leave or check out of the hotel, which was completely incorrect.
Please choose another property in the area, there are plenty of good ones.

Very poor guest service
Disappointing, upsetting, rude staff. The nice installations are ruined by a cheap approach were they want to take your money for everything and the basic standards are not there. Feels like a 2 star ... อ่านต่อ

A pleasant stay
