Comments on KC Hotel

Generally, we enjoyed our stay there. It was just the breakfast buffet that was totally not worth the money we paid for. There wasn't much choices and the spread was definitely not up to a 4 star hotel standard. Also the car park is too limited.

Hotel does not compare with other properties close

Very poor guest service
Disappointing, upsetting, rude staff. The nice installations are ruined by a cheap approach were they want to take your money for everything and the basic standards are not there. Feels like a 2 star ... อ่านต่อ

our stay was dismal and very disappointing. the hotel is 20years backwards, no one speaks english; the staff are are extremely rude to customers; not accommodating in any way at all;just want your $$$... อ่านต่อ

A pleasant stay
