Nice hotel. Now work on the fine points

good location, genuinely friendly staff, some nice amenities.
But as prices go up, so do expectations. Time to fix - - the elevators, which are usually in the wrong place - eco-friendliness - tons of plastic in every room use (shampoo bottles, water bottles, laundry bags, etc.)
Keep improving!
