Ants and cobwebs

The staff were very nice but on the first day, my son had an afternoon snooze and when he woke up was covered in ants. This made us look at things more closely and discovered behind the TV cobwebs, spiders and very dusty. Also, at the base of the toilet, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The staff responded very promptly and a cleaner and plumber was brought in to do the necessary spraying, cleaning and repairing. We decided in the end that the rooms were not up to standard and to move to another hotel. We had to cover half of the costs and were told that the money would be refunded. Eight days have passed and we still haven't received anything!

TERRIBLE HOTEL

Nicely located in Chaweng Noi
