Shower sometime hot and cold, water pressure not good, no fesilibily for room change due to toilet door damage for the first and only one room card even we request two, but location is good for go to Karon beach and eat at anywhere.

Terrible service : guest should do everything by themselves if they need help.

Good Location
Good location with pool leading straight to the pool. Very convenient. Breakfast could have been better but it was still good.
