4 stars - not more

The hotel is more of a 4stars. It is not very well managed. Didn't see a manager on duty at all and everyone was doing what they want; they wouldn't leave shampoo etc for a few days. The food is average, the beach dirty and the hotel property is very strange split by the road on half. Value for money is ok but far not a 5 star resort.

Overall okay
It's wise that we rent a car on the day moving from Chaweng to Lamai. You definitely need a car if you stay in this hotel still plan to go out during the day. Everything here match our expectation of ... อ่านต่อ
