Disappointed

We were very disappointed with the resort. Garden villa with pool very dark. Pool in shade and permanently had leaves in. Too many Mosquitos there to sunbathe anyway. Dogs on beach! Breakfast was a nightmare - poor quality food and system for cooking eggs was bad. Room not cleaned until 3pm!! And then bed turning down at 5pm! Really unimpressed with resort and Koi Samui as a place. Will never go back!

Overall okay
It's wise that we rent a car on the day moving from Chaweng to Lamai. You definitely need a car if you stay in this hotel still plan to go out during the day. Everything here match our expectation of ... อ่านต่อ

It was general a good stay except for check in
