Overall okay

It's wise that we rent a car on the day moving from Chaweng to Lamai. You definitely need a car if you stay in this hotel still plan to go out during the day. Everything here match our expectation of the brand, except that we found ants running on the desk in our room. We informed the reception the 2nd day and they upgraded us on the 3rd day, fair enough.
