Nice hotel, good location, happy staff

We stayed here for 1 night and upon arrival were greeted with a welcome drink, we were also upgraded to a nicer room for free which was a nice surprise! We were shown to our room which was located close to the back of the hotel, with a small front garden area with seating, the room itself was spacious and well stocked with shoes, robes and water. The bathroom was also spacious with an outside shower. The only problem we found was it smelled after we used it which was a shame! The breakfast was nice, we checked out each pool area, the bigger one located inside the main hotel area was nice, beer from the pool bar was fairly priced and there were plenty of places to sit. The other pool area located close to the breakfast area was busier and smaller but seemed to be more appealing! (we didn't get a seat here!) the security guard was so lovely and always wanted a chat. walking out the back towards Karon beach there were plenty of places to eat and the beach was pleasant. Would stay again

Mouldy, musty A/C system

Very accommodating

Careful to choose this hotel! Very bad experience
You can't see the beach or ocean from the hotel. It is so dissapointing. Staff is bad. They can ignore you even you asked order politely. Wrong booking and had to spent an hour or more to settle after... อ่านต่อ
