My girlfriend and I spent our holiday in Phuket at the Ramaburin Resort, since we arrived the staff was kind and available with us for any request we had. The room was very nice, bright and pretty quiet. I would just give a personal and custructive feedback to the resort about some details in the room that can make the difference like for instance the lid of bath tub was broken so I had to use a t-spoon to open the lid to empty the tub, the mattress was a little bit hard but still a really good accomodation that I would honestly recommend to friends. Very nice and attentive staff that makes you start the day with a smile!

Quite & Good Location

Unhelpful staff
The staff was overall unhelpful. The front desk staff wouldn't even get out of their chairs to show us where to go to get to our rooms. They were reluctant to give us a second key card. The website ad... อ่านต่อ

Pool access room
The room is good, but not clean enough, and the lounge chair outside balcony were spoiled. 7-11 opening soon just right infront of the hotel. Breakfast not much choice, food finish and no refill
