Nice hotel and service

we booked one day boat trip through the hotel (the hotel charged baht for 2, i guessed). we were informed that we will be picked up by boat at the beach but in fact they came with the taxi and picked up in front of the hotel. the boat was over booked, it supposed to have maximum 25 adults plus 2 children but totally there were 30 people on board. i couldn't find a place to sit at first but in the end they provided me a seat which was quite bad, was unable to move at all.

we also asked the hotel receptionist to order a taxi for us, we had to wait half an hour to get it. it was not well organized at the reception, actually the taxi came but was taken by other guests who just showed up and didn't order the taxi at all.

over all the staff are great especially housekeeping staff. they cleaned up the room very well.

Very nice hotel, and the service Perfect the best

Amazing resort
I love this place, but it’s not a 5* stat coz of the room’s. Very simple but nice. We was super happy but l travel all over the world on 5* and this is a 4-4*+
