Nice stay but very disappointing how staff treated for check-out

We were there for one night honeymoon at Sala pool villa type,the villa is overall beautiful and spacious. The thing that making me and my husband so disappointed is very late check-in but too early check-out! The normal check-in time is 2pm but we arrived like almost 3pm but the room was not yet ready but it was okay, we've waited until 3.30pm. And front staff has asked us for departure time, we said 7pm the next day, and she was fine for late check-out for us, and we expected like 1 or 2pm as we've got very late check-in. However! the next day came, around 11.40 -11.45am, the bellboy staff arrived at our villa asking for luggage to carry for check-out, and after there was one another bellboy guy showed up again in 4 mins after the first one asking me if he could take our luggages for check-out, then I was so totally fed up with this! We were asked to leave at 12.00 sharply! There was no any late check-out even 30 mins. This will be the first & last time here.
