Infinity pool and super friendly staff

Check-in staff were considerate and gave us a choice of 2 rooms, one on top of the hill (go there by buggy) the other one was close to the pool area. Room was amazing and the view was overlooking the infinity pool and Andaman sea. The infinity pool was stunning. The sea/beach is not accessible during high tide (morning) but during the afternoon when there’s low tide the sand on the beach doesnt look very pretty. The hotel staff were all courteous, super helpful and felt like a little family. They were able to help me with my transfer to Khao Lak, 2hrs away. I would love to stay at Hyatt Regency again
