New and spacious but no more next time

My room's toilet door was stuck and I was trapped inside for more than 10 min. Imagine how scary was it even though all those screaming for SOS. Finally got myself out and requested to change to other room. Ironically, I didnt sleep well for 3 nights after changing the room as the soundproof was terrible. If the soundproof was that bad, guest some one could heard my screaming on my first night. Too bad, none. Location wise, it is a bit distance away from the main pratunam busy street. Not that convinient for a group with elders and kids. Will come back just for the massage service which is within the hotel building.

Great stay.!

It is a good place for staying overnights in the city. It is comfortable and convenient.

Overall not good

Delay check in and shower handle issue
