all facilities in maintenance, hotel is run down, very unclean, inconvenient room locations you need to pass thru the fire escape stairwell to access rooms on their makeshift extension. Every room in hotel is a smoking room and reaks of cigarette smoke, they offer to come and spray airfreshner in the room. There is no shower, just a hose from bathtub. Way overpriced as is nowhere near a 3 star, let alone a 4 star self rated they give themselves. Avoid this hotel like the plague, many good hotels available for this price range.

Clean and value for money but the staffs...

Please don't do Hopeland if this is your dream trip to Thailand !

Awful !! Dont stay here . Hopeland go all out to cut costs!
