Great Place to relax

This is a exclusive hotel that no outsider can enter, there is a waiting area for outsider to pick up and meeting, is about 1 min away by tram rides. Hence, very good privatecy is there. The view from the balcony is nice, overlooking the Andaman Sea. We stay in the deluxe room, the deco inside is nice and clean. The food there is great but a bit pricy and limited choice. We prefer something local. I would recommend to those with family, is a nice place to stay there to relax, with minimum movement(shopping and etc.) Do plan your trip ahead to have local tour package, they will pick you up from the hotel (online booking will be cheaper than the hotel). Be aware of the weather when you want to go to Phi Phi island, is really no fun and scary with the weather is bad. Good luck and have fun !!

Poor design and layout. No privacy in the pools. The main pool is too close to traffic noise / smoke

Inconvenient location and terrible service in front desk
