Caution terrible hotel!

We booked with Agoda one pool accesses room . we also paid around 200 for an extra bed to our daughter. When we checked in they said they will not give us the extra bed because they gave it to some one else. Only after a few hours of negotiation with a rude reception in the woman the brought the extra bed.

The breakfast is awful. spoiled food , sour milk, Vegetable from a few days ago. Not enough plates and glasses for guests - even when it is only ten people in the dining room.
The hotel is like feeling detention facility. Everywhere threaten you with fines. If you bring food from outside - will pay a fine. If you take more towel pool - pay a fine. If you bring a friend to the hotel - will be fined. If you smoke in the room - will be fined. If you lose your card in the room - pay a fine. There are such signs throughout the hotel. This leaves a very unpleasant atmosphere. Room and pool towels are from five years ago.

Regarding the swimming pool it a real scam. They are doing private events for outside guests in the pool area. For preparing this events they will close the pool for two days without any early notice. They will tell you that sure you can use the pool but they will take out all the sun beds and parasols – now you have a choice to sit on the floor around the pool in the sun… on the day of the private event in the pool they will ask you to pay 1000 Bhat ( 30 USD ) if you don’t like to pay this amount they will let you sit in the back of the pool area on a broken sun bed ( not the one that you see on the hotel pictures ) .
The hotel staff are rude. The felling is that they are there not to serve you – they are there to keep an eye on you.
It was very disappointing to pay full price for this service. This hotel is 2 stars hotel with bed service. You can find better hotels in Samui in a lower price.
