Great hotel - beware of check in/out

We had a great stray here, and while I recommend a stay here, for couples or families, give yourself time for check in and check out. The staff tried hard, but simply couldn't handle the work. We left 30mins late for our cab and I'm still getting emails trying to resolve billing issues. The only black mark on a superb holiday.
